Our team

  • If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grappling with grief, or carrying the weight of loneliness, guilt, or shame, know that you're not alone. Especially if you identify as Queer and/or BI/POC, navigating these emotions within cultural and familial dynamics can feel like an uphill journey. But you don't have to climb that mountain by yourself. I'm here to offer a warm and compassionate space to feel your emotions without fear or judgment, process attachment and trauma experiences, and uncover patterns rooted in childhood.

Working through the lens of attachment and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I support clients with navigating religious or attachment-based childhood trauma, cultural expectations (including around gender and sexuality), and ordinary day-to-day experiences.

In our space, all parts of you - the anxious part, the perfectionist part, the inner child - are welcomed as they are. Together, we will connect with, be curious about, and get to know these parts with kindness and care

  • I work primarily with people of color, queer and trans folks coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship issues. I aim to help you tune into how you're truly feeling, while centering radical self-compassion. Healing and liberation come in many different forms and we will work collaboratively to understand your individual goals and needs. Ours will be an open space, free of judgment, to explore thoughts and feelings you may not otherwise have a place to address. One of the first steps toward healing is being seen and heard authentically and in our work together we will begin there.

Many of the things about ourselves that we struggle with are also our greatest assets. Therapy can be a place to understand how to amplify our strengths and also identify areas where long-term patterns of thought and behavior are no longer serving us.

If you are seeking extra support through difficulties you are facing, have the desire to break out of patterns that you have outgrown, or looking for a collaborator in working towards growth, I look forward to being a part of your journey. I will both support and challenge you along the way.
